Blood pressure
My blood pressure was high this morning. 119/89. I need to get back to exercising. I hope I can.

- I am a mid-30s girl who loves Jesus, laughing, and people. When I get to combine the three, that's even better. I'm in the midst of a navigating a career transition. For now, that means I make disciples of industrial engineering students at the University of Arkansas. It's so great, and I will miss it next year.
